Monday - Wednesday - Friday — Yoga by Zoom — 8:45 - 9:45 a.m.
Tuesdays — Mahjong — 1:00 p.m. in the Communi-Tea Room.
Tuesdays — Dominos - Mexican Train — 1:00 p.m. in the Communi-Tea Room.
Tuesdays — Coffee Hour — 9 - 10 a.m. Weekly coffee (and tea!) hour Tuesday mornings, in the Communi-Tea Room. Join friends and neighbors. Coffee, tea and water are provided. RSVP not needed - simply join!
Fridays — Pickleball — Would you like to play Pickleball? Would you like to learn how to play? We are playing in the gym at the Community Center on Fridays at 5:00 p.m. Once the weather warms up - we will move back outside. Come join in!
May 6 & 20 — “Back to Basics” — 11:30 a.m. in the Communi-Tea Room. Join Sarah Parker, RN in the Communi-Tea Room after Coffee Hour two times a month (Tuesdays). All ages are invited with the intention of sharing good things for us such as healthy eating, natural remedies, essential oils and so much more.
May 8 — “Healthy Soil for your Best and Easiest Garden Ever!” — 1 p.m. in the Communi-Tea Room. Join Master Gardener, Dinah Hovey, to learn fascinating facts about soil including what it is made of, how to work with nature to build healthy soil and why soil is so important, to prepare for the best and easiest garden ever!
May 9 & 23 — Bingo — 1 p.m. in the Communi-Tea Room. Winners will be entered into a raffle to win a gift basket.
May 15 — “Building a Financial Plan and Portfolio to Meet Your Needs” — 1 p.m. in the Communi-Tea Room. Come learn with Joshua Loomis, Financial Advisor, as he shares information on financial planning, wealth management, estate planning, risk management and more.
May 28 (Wednesday) — “WNY Elderberries Senior Cooking Group - Cooking Class” — 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. In partnership with the Health Foundation for Western & Central NY and Cornell Cooperative Extension Cattaraugus County, we are pleased to bring a free cooking class to Community Connections at Findley Lake. Program begins May 28 and will be offered the 4th Wednesday of the month. Program is available for adults 60+ only. CLASS IS LIMITED TO 10 PEOPLE - SIGN UP EARLY. May 29 — “Vincent Thomas Lombardi - Best Football Coach Ever?” — 1 p.m. in the Communi-Tea Room. Join as Mark Squeglia, an Erie native and history enthusiast will share an in-depth review of Lombardi’s life, football career, successes, failures and his lasting impact.
