Community Connections at Findley Lake, Inc. is a private not-for-profit, 501(c)3 corporation founded to give residents of Findley Lake and the surrounding communities both the practical means and confidence to live their lives to the fullest in their own homes as they grow older.
Our Vision
Community Connections at Findley Lake is proud to celebrate ten years of service helping our Community members. The vision for Community Connections is to be a growing resource that connects people who can help, with people who need help and support, including caregivers. Community Connections is a vehicle for support, education and assistance but it is really community members helping each other. This is the key to success for our organization. We want to extend a sincere thank you to our volunteers, donors and supporters for your generosity of time and resources that are helping Community Connections continue to serve Findley Lake and the surrounding communities.
